Dana Lupinacci Band - The Dana Lupinacci Band plays a high energy emotional mix of blues that brings dancers to the floor. Consisting of singer, Dana Lupinacci, Charlene Grant on bass, Jeff Ziontz at lead guitar, and Dave Petrie on drums, they play a jazz-influenced mix, combining New Orleans-style funky blues, swing, delta blues and include original compositions. The Dana Lupinacci Band was nominated as "Best New Band" for 2010 by the Washington Blues Society. For more information visit http://www.myspace.com/thedanalupinacciband.
Chance McKinney and Crosswire - Crosswire is a rockin’ new country band made up of members from two of Seattle’s top country bands – The Jonathan Harris Band, and Nathan Chance. Members have opened for the likes of Gary Allen, Kenny Chesney, James Otto, INXS, The Romantics and many more. In addition, Crosswire’s lead singer, Chance McKinney, just won CMT’s Music City Madness competition to find the best unsigned country artist in the nation. The boys have been on the road doing radio and TV to support the new album “Be Real” and are only playing a few shows in the Seattle area this year so be sure to come out to the Raging River to catch this one!
The Instigators - The Instigators (previously The Slackers) are a new 4 piece classic rock band that play hits of the 60's-80's that you can shake your groove thing to. They are comprised of 4 veteran players from some great local bands (Miles from Chicago, HiWatt, Union Jack) and will fill your evening with danceable rock to kick up your heels to. So, don't be a slacker and come on out and get your groove on with The Instigators!
HiWatt - For going on 7 years now, "HiWatt" has been a staple on the local cover band scene rockin' the Seattle/Everett/Tacoma area with its infectious mix of danceable Classic and Current Rock and Roll. Their blend of high energy, humor and musical talents is hard to find in this sea of generic, cookie cutter cover bands. They almost seem "refreshing", even considering some of the songs they do are almost 40 years old!!! Hard, over-driven guitars, thundering drums splashed with some great vocals and topped off with non-stop energy to form some great danceable music for all to enjoy. They've got great chemistry and cover songs from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Romantics, Cheap Trick, The Clash, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Social Distortion, Lenny Kravitz, Kiss, Duran Duran, Collective Soul, U2, AC/DC, Guns and Roses, The Cars, Billy Idol, Jet, The Darkness and even some Lynyrd Skynyrd and Garth Brooks!!! All in all, it's great, high energy fun stuff to dance to, as well as listen to. For more information on HiWatt visit www.hiwattrocks.com.
Timmons-Wall Band - What you see and hear is what you get...Vocals, Guitar, Bass and Drums... nothing more and nothing less! The fusion of Blues, Rock, Funk and a whole lot of groove is what comes thundering at you like a frieght train rolling down the track. This is Timmons Wall - Greg Timmons (guitar) and Tommy Wall (bass) co-front this trio with two part harmonies and professional showmanship. Joining Greg and Tommy is non-other than the very talented Wade Reeves on drums. Make sure you bring your dancing shoes, these guys will play your favorite songs with attitude and a whole lot of fun!
Two Sheds Jackson - Returning to the Raging River, this is a band that you will not want to miss. Two Sheds Jackson is sure to have you on your feet wanting more. If you haven’t seen or heard this band, be among the first to come out and spread the word. After one night of listening to their "Jacksonized" arrangements of familiar and sometimes forgotten Rock, Blues and R&B tunes you’ll become a bonafide ShedHead! The group is comprised of seasoned musicians who have recorded for major record labels such as Mercury, Epic and Atlantic Records, and who have most recently thrown their collective talents into TSJ. A list of who they’ve played with and where they’ve been might catch your attention, but really, you just have to show up one night to know that for Two Sheds it’s their passion to play for you!
